we had an excellent experience at Pyramisa. the staff was amazing, always trying to help with anything we needed. the hotel is very secure and clean, and the food is delicious. We took a suite with 2 bedrooms, and the size was perfect for our family. the in-house services from all departments were excellent, attending to all our requests within minutes.

The staff, particularly Siham, are attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping and gym also impressed me.
Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints whatsoever.
